RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We want you to love your POWER X PURPOSE gear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns received within 14 days in original re-sellable condition.
  • Refunds are not applicable to items purchased with on clearance sale.
  • Once processed, refunds will typically be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days, though this may vary depending on your bank.

Exchanges:

  • We allow exchanges for items of the same value as your original purchase.
  • If you need a different size, please include a note with your order number inside your return parcel.
  • If your requested size is unavailable, we recommend adding an alternative choice.
  • All exchange requests must be received within 14 days of your parcel’s delivery.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your order is lost or undelivered, you must notify our customer service team within 14 days of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for lost or missing parcels beyond this timeframe.

How to Return Your Item

1️⃣ Log into My Account to use our returns portal.
2️⃣ Securely package your item(s) in one single parcel to avoid delays or refused returns.
3️⃣ Include a note with your order number, name, address, and reason for return (or use the provided dispatch note).
4️⃣ Use a tracked shipping service—we recommend keeping your proof of postage.
5️⃣ Affix the appropriate postage and send it to the return address.

🚨 Important Notes:

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is genuinely  faulty or what we have sent is incorrect.
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit without proof of tracking.
  • Items returned after the 14-day period will be rejected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if items are purposely damaged or damaged due to insufficient packaging.
